Shipping within the US is discreet and does not have “Private Selection by SOTT” or any other information visible on the packaging. Carriers We Use: UPS, and/or DHL. Items can take up to 7 business days to process. SOTT LLC. conducts standard shipping at a flat rate of 15.99, shipping can typically takes between 7 - 10 business days. SOTT LLC. is not liable for lost, misdirected, or stolen packages, although we are happy to help locate it to the best of our ability in the event that your package is not successfully delivered. A lost package is one that does not show confirmed delivery via the tracking number. If your tracking number shows the package as delivered, insurance will not cover the loss.

Important Shipping Information

Please confirm your shipping address before you check out. We are not liable for product shipping once it has left our facilities. Examples where we cannot help you include: If you are no longer at the address when the package arrives such as shipping to a hotel, if you are not there to receive it at your home or elsewhere, or if you do not claim it in time from a shipping facility.

Return to Sender

Products returned to sender due to failure to claim or bad addresses will be returned into inventory automatically and a store credit code emailed minus shipping costs.

Lost Packages
If your package's tracking number is showing as delivered but you have not actually received the package, you will have to follow up with the shipping company yourself.  Please note that a missing package needs to be reported within 72 hours of confirmed (as per the tracking number) delivery has taken place. After 72 hours, retrieval may not be possible. It is assumed that the customer has provided a secure location for packages to be left.  

What if the item I want is listed as Out of Stock?
SOTT is a small company, and sometimes we may run out of stock of a particular item. Although we don’t currently allow back ordering, please feel free to email us at, and we can let you know when something will be back in stock !

For health and safety reasons, all sales are final. Even in the event that the product you purchased is still sealed in its packaging and has never been opened, we are still unable to accept any returns. We ask you to check all products immediately upon receiving them to ensure that everything is in good working order and that you have received exactly what you ordered.
Make sure to follow the instructions included with your toy. Many toys ship without their batteries fully installed or charged, so make sure to check the battery compartment or try charging your toy before fearing your new toy is defective. SOTT does not accept returns or exchanges of any products.
