Shipping within the US is discreet and does not have “Private Selection by SOTT” or any other information visible on the packaging. Carriers We Use: USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL.Standard shipping typically takes between 5 - 7 business days.SOTT is not liable for lost or stolen packages. That said, please let us know if you don’t receive your package, and we will do everything in our power to help you track it down! What if the item I want is listed as Out of Stock? SOTT is a small company, and sometimes we may run out of stock of a particular item. Although we don’t currently allow back ordering, please feel free to email us at, and we can let you know when something will be back in stock! 


SOTT does not accept returns or exchanges on any products. For health and safety reasons, all sales are final. Even in the event that the product you purchased is still sealed in its packaging and has never been opened, we are still unable to accept any returns.
If your product stops functioning within 30 days of receipt, and you have not done anything unusual to cause the product to stop working, please contact to request an exchange for the same item. Please make sure to include all accessories and packaging in order for the exchange to be issued. In the event that we are out of stock of the specific item, a store credit will be issued for the full price paid. 
If your product stops functioning after 30 days, and you have not done anything unusual to cause the product to stop working, you may be eligible for repair or replacement from the manufacturer. Please send us an email at
