Order Tracking

Your order will be processed and shipped within 7 business days of placement.

Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details to monitor your package’s journey.

Shipping and Processing Information

We are currently experiencing slight delays. Please allow up to 7 business days for dispatch.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Carriers Used: FedEx, UPS, DHL, and other trusted shipping partners.

Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days after processing.

All orders ship discreetly, with no branding visible on the packaging.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping: $15.99 USD flat rate.

Lost, Misdirected, or Stolen Packages

Sex on the Table (SOTT LLC) is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, you must contact the shipping carrier directly.

Lost packages must be reported within 72 hours of confirmed delivery.

A lost package is one that does not show confirmed delivery via the tracking number. Packages marked as delivered are not covered by insurance.

Return to Sender

Packages returned to sender due to incorrect addresses or failure to claim will be returned to inventory.

A store credit code will be issued for the purchase amount minus shipping costs.

SOTT LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, especially during peak periods.

If shipping to temporary addresses (e.g., hotels), ensure you will be available to receive the package.
